TekniClean Sterile Polyester Knit Cleanroom Wiper with Laser Sealed Edges, Low Endotoxin
Teknipure’s TekniClean® sterile, low endotoxin polyester knit cleanroom wipers with sealed edges are designed for high performance in critical environments that demand low-linting, low-shedding, and highly absorbent wiping solutions. Engineered from polyester material, these knit dry wipes have excellent chemical compatibility and provide great particle pick-up and surface cleaning.
- Sterile, low endotoxin cleanroom wipes are validated to a sterility assurance level of 10-6 according to AAMI guidelines and provide Endotoxin Level of ≤ 0.25 EU/mL. Each production lot is tested by the LAL essay.
- Durable and abrasion-resistant 100% High Strength Polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit, 140 g/m2) will not easily break up particles and fibers during use. Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces.
- Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Use for applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives.
- Laser Sealed Edges on all sides to minimize fiber release. Laser Sealed Edges provide effective contamination control in critical environments and offer the best value.
- Compatible with ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and above cleanroom environments.
