Made from 100% continuous filament double-knit polyester and finished with ultrasonic sealed edges, these wipes are designed for ultra-low particle and fiber generation, a softer edge, and reduced carbon levels. Ideal for cleaning sensitive electrical, mechanical, optical, and precision surfaces, TekniClean wipes offer strong absorbency, non-abrasive performance, and dependable cleanroom compatibility at an excellent value.
- Low Endotoxin polyester knit cleanroom wipers provide Endotoxin Level of ≤ 0.25 EU/mL. Each production lot is tested by the LAL essay.
- Durable and abrasion resistant 100% high-strength polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit, 140 g/m2) wiper will not easily break up particles and fibers during use.
- Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ideal for applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives.
- Ultrasonic sealed edges provide a softer edge and lower carbon levels compared to laser sealed alternatives.
- Compatible with ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and higher cleanroom environments and autoclavable for aseptic applications.
