What is your return and exchange policy?
If there is no error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. And there may be a restocking fee of up to 15%. We waive restocking fees if the product isn't damaged and is in new condition. Once a return is received, a credit will appear within 2 business days on the same payment method that payment was received.
What if I received the wrong product?
