Do you accept returns & exchanges on Covid-19 related products?

We are not accepting returns and exchanges on products related to the pandemic. View impacted categories below but be aware that the list can change. Contact us if you're unsure and we'll be glad to help.

What is your normal return and exchange policy?

We accept responsibility for shipping errors.

For items and categories not impacted by Covid-19, please contact us within 30 days of order receipt to request a return authorization.

If there is no error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. And there may be a restocking fee of up to 15%. We wave restocking fees if the product isn't damaged and is in new condition. Once a return is received, credit will appear within 2 business days on the same payment method that payment was received.

What if I recieved the wrong product?
