MicroZorb Sterile Nonwoven Microfiber Cleanroom Wiper, Low Endotoxin
Teknipure’s Sterile MicroZorb™ cleanroom wipers, made from a microfiber nonwoven material, are engineered for precision cleaning in controlled environments where sterile products are necessary. These soft and low-lint wipes are ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech labs, and medical device production, including scratch-sensitive surfaces.
- Sterile, low endotoxin microfiber cleanroom wipes are validated to a sterility assurance level of 10-6 according to AAMI guidelines and provide guaranteed endotoxin level of ≤ 0.25 EU/mL. They are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.
- Hydroentangled polyester (80%) and nylon (20%) microfiber is extremely soft and ideal for cleaning sensitive surfaces. The wedge-like yarn traps and micro-contaminants inside the wiper. Ideal for spill control; cleaning lenses, sensors, and other optics; removing oily residue, fingerprints, and haze; and applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives, removing residues.
- High liquid absorbency and wicking. Ideal for removing water and oil based contaminant. Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
- 80g/m2 p basis weight. Binder free and cellulose-free with clean cut edges.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5 (Class 100) and higher cleanroom environments.
