TekniZorb Nonwoven Microfiber Cleanroom Wiper
Soft texture for scratch sensitive surfaces
- Hydroentangled polyester (80%) and nylon (20%) fiber is so soft it will not scratch surfaces when cleaning. The wedge-like yarn traps micro-contaminants and will not release them.
- 80g/m2 p basis weight. Binder free with clean cut edges.
- Soft texture will not scratch critical surfaces.
- High absorbency wipe is ideal for removing water and oil based contaminant. Handles IPA and other cleaning solvents.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5 (Class 100-10000) environments.
- Size and packaging:
- 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm): 600 wipes/bag, 10 bags/case = 6000 wipes.
- 9" x 9" (23 cm x 23 cm): 150 wipes/bag, 10 bags/case = 1500 wipes.
- 12" x 12" (30 cm x 30 cm): 150 wipes/bag, 10 bags/case = 1500 wipes.
- 11"x 17" (28 cm x 43 cm): 50 wipes/bag, 30 bags/case = 1500 wipers.
