Teknipure’s Polyester Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from a double-layer, ultra-clean 100% polyester knit material with a thermal bond construction. These soft yet durable knitted polyester swabs resist abrasion and have excellent chemical compatibility with varioius solutions, including IPA and acetone, and other solvents typically used in cleanrooms. Ideal for removing excess materials and debris, and for applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, and other solutions.
- Abrasion and chemical resistant - Durable swab tip resists snagging and abrasion, preventing the release of particles and fibers during use. It has excellent chemical compatibility with various solutions. The double layer of polyester knit fabric enhances absorbency and softness. Ideal for:
- Precision cleaning of small areas in critical cleanroom environments.
- Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, and other solutions.
- Removal of excess materials or debris.
- Cleaning intersecting surfaces and joints.
