TekniPolyPro Sterile Presaturated 70% IPA Polypropylene Cleanroom Wipe, 9" x 11"
Teknipure’s TekniPolyPro™ Presat meltblown polypropylene cleanroom wipers, presaturated with 0.2 filtered 70% IPA and 30% DI water, are engineered for precision cleaning in controlled environments. These low-lint wipes are ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production. These cleanroom alcohol wipes are manufactured in an ISO-certified facility in USA and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements. Designed for use in ISO 5–8 environments, these pre-wetted cleanroom wipes help maintain compliance and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
- Gamma Irradiated Sterile through Cobalt 60 processing. Ideal for cleaning pharma fill centers, sterile suites microbiological labs and more.
- 100% Meltblown polypropylene is inherently low-extractable and low-shedding, with excellent chemical compatibility with acids, bases, and solvents. Ideal for efficient surface cleaning and sanitization between and during processing, and for pass through wiping and PPE wipe down in gowning areas.
- Pre-wet with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% DI Water. Pre-saturated wipers provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency and minimized VOC emissions.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5-8 (Class 100-100,000) cleanroom environments. The IPA used for pre-saturation is 0.2 μm filtered for additional contamination control. Manufactured in an ISO-certified facility in USA and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.

If you are looking for something to improve your cleaning performance and saturation on critical surfaces and equipment, then wipes are your best option. They contain 70% IPA solution and 30% deionized water, a perfect saturation level that allow excellent wipe down.
These wipes are highly durable and, hence, will maintain their strength even after aggressive scrubbing. They are also super soft, a feature that makes them suitable for cleaning sensitive surfaces. They have low particle and fiber generation and, therefore, suitable for general purpose wiping and item pass-thru wipe down.
