Teknipure’s Microdenier dry cleanroom wipers with sealed edges are designed for ultra-clean performance in critical environments that demand a soft, low-linting and low-shedding wiping solutions. Engineered from polyester knit material, these knit dry wipes combine exceptional particle pick-up and surface cleaning with superior strength, durability, and chemical compatibility. With sealed edges, these microdenier cleanroom dry wipers minimize fiber release, making them ideal for precision cleaning, surface prep, cleaning scratch-sensitive surfaces, and removing residue, fingerprints, and oils in ISO Class 4–7 cleanrooms.
- Sterile cleanroom wipers are validated to a sterility assurance level of 10-6 according to AAMI guidelines.
- Tightly knit & pre-shrunk 95% Micro-denier Polyester & 5% Nylon fiber yarn effectively traps all micro-contaminants (particle, fiber, & oil based) and won't release them.
- Microdenier is a soft and durable material and has an increased capability to capture and retain smaller particles and fibers, oils, and fingerprints.
- Super soft silky texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Recommended for wiping and streak-free cleaning of lenses, sensors, and other optics.
- 100% polyester material has an excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning & disinfecting solutions. Great for applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives, and removing residues.
- Durable and abrasion resistant wipe works well for difficult particle removal and will not easily break up particles and fibers during use.
- Ultrasonic Sealed Edges. Using pressure & heat, an ultrasonic seal is created for fiber and particle retention. Ultrasonic Sealing is superior to Laser Sealing as it results in a softer edge, and lower carbon levels.
- Compatible with ISO Class 4 (Class 10) and higher cleanroom environments. Provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles and fibers for use in most critical cleanroom environments.
