Teknipure’s MicroClean™ Pro dry microfiber woven cleanroom wipers with sealed borders are designed for ultra-clean performance in critical environments that demand low-linting, low-shedding, and highly absorbent wiping solutions. Engineered from polyester and nylon microfiber blend, these knit/woven dry microfiber wipes provide exceptional particle pick-up and surface cleaning without introducing contamination. Perfect for precision cleaning, surface prep, cleaning scratch-sensitive surfaces, and residue removal, these microfiber cleanroom wipes offer superior strength, durability, and chemical compatibility and ensure consistent wiping and contamination control.
- Tightly knit, extra thick 190g/m2 pre-shrunk polyester and nylon woven microfiber is soft and durable. Safe for cleaning scratch-sensitive surfaces and abrasion-resistant for cleaning abrasive surfaces.
- The wedge like yarn traps micro-contaminants and retains them inside the wiper. Ideal for streak-free cleaning and removing fingerprints, oil substances, and residue from surfaces
- Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
- Ultrasonic Border Sealed. Using pressure & heat, a 5mm Ultrasonic Border Seal is created around the border of the wipe for optimum fiber and particle retention.
- Compatible with ISO Class 2-7 (Class 1-100) environments.
- Produced in ISO 9001 environment. Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized to insure wipe quality.
