TekniZorb Lightweight Polyester/Cellulose Nonwoven Cleanroom Wipes
Teknipure’s TekniZorb® polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers are engineered for superior consistency, low particle generation, and high absorbency in controlled environments. Designed for use in ISO 5–8 environments, these low-lint, polycell nonwoven wipes are ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production.
TekniZorb® cleanroom wipes are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.
- Lightweight hydroentangled blend of 55% polyester and 45% cellulose creates a durable, highly absorbent wiper per basis weight (56 g/m²) with low levels of particles, fibers, NVR, and ions.
- Ideal for spill control, general wiping and cleaning of surfaces, equipments, and parts, wiping products before entering cleanroom, precleaning before disinfectant application, lining trays, covering parts and equipment.
- Handles IPA and other cleaning solvents. Use for applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5-8 (Class 100-100,000) environments. Produced in ISO-certified facilities and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.
- Size and packaging:
- 4" x 4" wipes packaged 1,200 wipes per bag, 10 bags per case = 12,000 poly/cellulose wipes.
- 9" x 9" wipes packaged 300 wipes per bag, 10 bags per case = 3000 poly/cellulose wipes.
- 9" x 9" wipes packaged Z-fold, 50 wipes per stack, 48 stacks per case = 2400 poly/cellulose wipes.
- 12" x 12" wipes packaged 150 wipes per bag, 10 bags per case = 1500 poly/cellulose wipes.
