Micronova Sterile Vinyl Cleanroom Tape, Red or White, 36 Yard Rolls
Irradiated vinyl tape for aseptic areas and ISO 5 to ISO 9 cleanrooms: color coding, floor marking, sealing for fogging, sealing autoclave wrap, bottles and vials. It is conformable on curved and irregular surfaces, peels cleanly from wafer cartridges and work surfaces, takes a cleanroom pen, and is autoclavable when applied to glass or stainless steel. Red or white, in 1/2, 1 and 2 in. widths; each roll double bagged.

Specifications
- Sterile: irradiated, minimum dose 27.5 kGy; 10-6 sterility assurance level in line with AAMI sterilization guidelines.
- Medium-tack rubber adhesive; matte finish; wound on a 3 in. plastic core.
- Good chemical compatibility with common solutions and disinfectants.
- Processed and packaged for low particle and extractable-ion counts.
- Materials: pigmented and transparent vinyl film, rubber adhesive, plastic core, LDPE bag.
- Adhesion to steel 18 oz./in. width; tensile strength 13 lb/in. width; elongation at break 180%; for ambient temperatures.
- Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-66E and CID A-A-1689A. EU RoHS compliant.
- Colors: red or white.
- Size: 36 yd (33 m) rolls, 5 mil. 1/2 in. (13 mm): 72 rolls per case; 1 in. (25 mm): 36 rolls per case; 2 in. (51 mm): 24 rolls per case.
