Micronova Sterile MicroSeal Perforated Cleanroom Tape, 18 Yard Rolls
Irradiated MicroSeal cuff tape for aseptic gowning: it seals gloves to gowns and wraps environmental monitoring plates. Easy-tear perforations every 3 in. (7.6 cm) give a neat seal between glove and garment, and the conformable low-density polyethylene film holds on uneven surfaces with a low-tack acrylic adhesive. Choose 1/2 or 1 in. widths for sealing monitoring plates, or 2 or 3 in. widths for binding glove to garment. Each roll is double bagged and processed in a cleanroom.

Specifications
- Sterile: irradiated, minimum dose 25 kGy.
- Perforated every 3 in. (7.6 cm).
- Film: low-density polyethylene; adhesive: low-tack, pressure-sensitive acrylic.
- Low particulate and bioburden counts; low halogens and leachable chlorides; excellent chemical resistance.
- Adhesion to steel 56 oz./in. width; tensile strength 12 lb/in. width; elongation at break 500%. Use at 40°F to 190°F (4°C to 88°C); store at 75°F (23.9°C), ±5°F.
- Size: 18 yd (16.5 m) rolls, 5.5 mil, white; 3 in. plastic core. Widths: 1/2 and 1 in. (1.3 to 2.5 cm) for plate sealing; 2 and 3 in. (5 to 7.6 cm) for glove to garment.
- Packaging: each roll individually double bagged; processed and packaged in a cleanroom.
