Teknipure’s TekniClean® Pro Presat polyester knit cleanroom wipers with sealed border, presaturated with 100% semiconductor-grade IPA are designed for high performance particle pick-up andsurface cleaning in critical environments that demand low-linting and low-shedding wiping solutions. With sealed borders, these saturated polyester cleanroom wipers minimize fiber release, making them ideal for use in ISO Class 2–7 cleanrooms, including semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and medical device assembly. Perfect for precision cleaning, surface prep, general cleaning, and residue removal, these alcohol polyester cleanroom wipes offer superior strength, durability, ensuring consistent wiping and contamination control.
- Ultrasonic Sealed Borders for the ultimate in fiber and particle control. 100% High Strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run interlock pattern, resulting in ultra-low particle and fiber generation. Basis weight of 140 g/m2.
- Pre-saturated wipers with 100% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency. Oversaturated wipes do not attract contaminants; undersaturated wipes can repel contaminants.
- Abrasion-resistant and durable wiper will not easily break up particles and fibers during use. Ideal for wiping critical surfaces and equipment to achieve ultra cleanliness.
- Compatible with ISO 2 (Class <1) and higher environments. The semiconductor-grade IPA used for pre-saturation is 0.2 μm filtered for additional contamination control.
