Cramer ESD Fusion r+ Cleanroom Lab Chair, ISO Class 5, Black

The static-safe version of the Fusion r+ for electronics assembly, semiconductor and other ESD-protected areas in ISO Class 5 cleanrooms. A conductive frame and conductive black r+ polyurethane cover drain static from the seated user to floor ground, and Cramer tests every ESD chair for conductivity before it ships. The 1/8 in. r+ cover resists tears, punctures and spills and cleans with bleach or ethanol. Desk or high height, 4-way adjustment, rated for 350 lb.

ESD protection

• Designed to meet ESD STM12.1 and ESD S20.20; Cramer tests every ESD chair for conductivity before shipment.
• Electrically conductive frame from back to base, plus conductive material where the upholstery meets the frame, so static drains through the chair to floor ground.
• ESD-safe casters or glides; chrome cylinder; flat-surface 20 in. twist-lock chrome footring.
• Upholstery: conductive r+ polyurethane, woven with conductive fibers and back-coated with a conductive medium.

r+ cover

• 1/8 in. thick, 100% polyurethane cover, PVC-free; resists tears, punctures and abrasion (tear strength 17.7 kgF, puncture resistance 9.9 kgF, stretch 660%, abrasion resistance 25,000, Ross Flex 150,000 flexes).
• 3 in. molded foam cushion; textured, non-slip surface supports forward-leaning posture.
• Resists virtually all spills and cleans with bleach or ethanol.
• Meets BIFMA Healthcare Furniture Cleanability Guidelines HCF 8.1.
