TekniSat PreSaturated Meltblown Polypropylene Cleanroom Wipe, 6" x 11 or 9" x 11"
Teknipure’s TekniPolyPro™ Presat, meltblown polypropylene cleanroom wipers, presaturated with 0.2 filtered 70% IPA and 30% DI water, offer a very low-shedding wiping solution to deposit IPA while effectively removing residue from the surface in your controlled environment. They have excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ideal for efficient surface cleaning and sanitization between and during processing, pass through wiping and PPE wipe down in gowning areas, and suitable for ISO 5 and higher cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production. These cleanroom alcohol wipes are manufactured in an ISO-certified facility in USA and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.
- 100% Meltblown polypropylene wipes offer broad chemical compatibility, including with many acids, bases, and solvents.
- Pre-wet with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% DI Water to apply IPA efficiently while minimizing VOC emissions. Pre-saturated wipers provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency.
- Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Maintains strength even with aggressive cleaning and in wet applications.
- Low particle and fiber generation. Ideal for item pass-thru wipe down and for general purpose wiping of critical surfaces and equipment.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5+ (Class 100) Cleanroom environments. Autoclavable for aseptic environments.
- Produced in ISO 9001 environment. Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized to insure wipe quality.
- Size and Packaging: Flex Packs feature stacked wipes and a resealable pouch to minimize evaporation.
- 9" x 11": Choose from a flex pack of 50 wipes or a case of 24 flex packs (1,200 wipes).
