TekniZorb Blue Nonwoven Polyester/Cellulose Cleanroom Wipe
Teknipure’s TekniZorb polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers offer great absorbency, superior consistency, and low particle generation for cleaning critical environments. These low-lint, polycell nonwoven wipes are designed for use in ISO 5–8 environments and are ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production.
- The hydroentangled blend of 55% polyester and 45% cellulose creates a strong, clean and highly absorbent wiper with low particle and fiber generation.
- Ideal for spill control and cleaning applications, including:
- General wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts in high-grade cleanroom environments
- Wiping parts and products before entering cleanroom.
- Precleaning before disinfectant application, removing residues.
- Lining trays, covering parts and equipment.
- Blue colored wipe allows for color-coded usage and provides contrast during visual inspection.
- Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5+ (Class 100) environments. Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements. Low levels of particles, fibers, NVR and ions.
