TekniSat 70% IPA PreSaturated Poly/Cellulose Cleanroom Wipe, 9" x 9"
Teknipure’s TekniZorb® Presat presaturated 70% IPA polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers are engineered for precision cleaning in controlled environments. These low-lint, polycell nonwoven wipes are saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol / 30% DI water blend, making them ideal for removing contaminants, residues, and particles from surfaces in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production.
- Polyester/cellulose wipe is pre-wet with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% DI Water. Ideal for critical process cleaning applications.
- Using a pre-saturated wiper provides consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency, reduces VOC's, and simplifies inventory and procedures.
- Versatile non-woven polyester/cellulose material is soft but durable, maintaining strength even with aggressive cleaning.
- Low particle and fiber generation. Ideal for item pass-thru wipe down and for general purpose wiping of critical surfaces and equipment.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5+ (Class 100) Cleanroom environments. The IPA used for pre-saturation is 0.2 μm filtered for additional contamination control.
- Produced in ISO 9001 environment and lot traceable. Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized to insure wipe quality.
- Size 9" x 9".
- Packaging: Flex Pack packing feature Z-folded and stacked wipes in a resealable pouch to minimize evaporation.
- Peel-and-Reseal bag: Choose from 30/pack and 50/pack, 24 packs per case = 720 and 1,200 pre-saturated cleanroom wipes/case options.
- Resealable Gusset bag: 200/bag, 4 bags per case = 800 presaturated wipes.
