TekniSwab Small Tip Foam ESD Cleanroom Swab, 2.728"
Teknipure's ESD Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions and are suitable for various environments sensitive to electrostatic discharge or with a high risk of static build-ups. Foam ESD swabs provide great absorbency and particle-capturing capabilities. These swabs are laundered using a proprietary cleaning system for additional contamination control and to minimize non-volatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants.
- Soft and absorbent: 100 ppi open-cell polyurethane foam cleanroom swab easily absorbs solvents and solutions, and captures particulates. Ideal for:
- Precision cleaning of small areas and parts in critical cleanroom environments sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
- Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, and solvents.
- Absorbing liquids, scrubbing.
- Removal of excess materials or debris.
- Cleaning intersecting surfaces and joints.
- Capturing fine powders.
- ESD and Cleanroom safe:
- Handle is made from Stat-Rite®, a proprietary blend of inherently dissipative polymers based on polypropylene providing permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties without compromising cleanliness.
- Low levels of Non-Volatile Residue (NVR) and ions.
- No adhesives, silicone, or amides to reduce the risk of additional contamination.
- Packaged in silicone-free, static-shield cleanroom bags.
- Lot and bar-coded for traceability.
