Teknipure’s Microfiber Woven Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from an ultra-clean, double-layer woven microfiber material with a thermal bond construction. These swabs offer softness, durability, and enhanced particle-capturing capabilities and are ideal for sensitive surfaces.
- Durable and abrasion resistant double-layer woven polyester/nylon microfiber tip resists snagging and abrasion, preventing the release of particles and fibers during use.
- Enhanced Particle Capture: Soft microfiber tip material with a thermal bond construction has enhanced cleaning capabilities, capturing and retaining the smallest particles and fibers. Ideal for:
- Precision cleaning of small areas in critical cleanroom environments.
- Streak-free cleaning of sensitive surfaces such as lenses, sensors and other optics.
- Removal of fingerprints, oily substances, excess materials or debris.
- Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, and other solutions.
