TekniPoly Pro PreSat Meltblown Polypropylene Cleanroom Wipe, 91% IPA, 9" x 11"
Teknipure’s TekniPolyPro™ Presat, meltblown polypropylene cleanroom wipers, presaturated with 0.2 μm filtered 91% IPA and 4% DI water, offer a very low-shedding wiping solution to deposit IPA while effectively removing residue from the surface in your controlled environment. They have excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ideal for efficient surface cleaning and sanitization between and during processing, pass through wiping and PPE wipe down in gowning areas, and suitable for ISO 5 and higher cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, biotech labs, and medical device production. These cleanroom alcohol wipes are manufactured in an ISO-certified facility in USA and are lot traceable, ensuring they meet stringent GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements.
- 100% Meltblown polypropylene wipes offer softness, durability, and broad chemical compatibility, including with many acids, bases, and solvents. Ideal for item pass-thru wipe down, precleaning before disinfectant application, and for general purpose wiping and cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and parts.
- Pre-wet with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 4% DI Water to apply IPA efficiently while minimizing VOC emissions. Pre-saturated wipers provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency. The IPA used for pre-saturation, is 0.2 μm filtered for additional contamination control.
- Compatible with ISO Class 5-8 (Class 100-100,000) Cleanroom environments. Low levels of particles, fibers, NVR and ions. Autoclavable for aseptic environments.
