Teknipure’s Microdenier over Foam Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from an ultra-clean 100% microdenier polyester knit material over a high-grade 100 ppi polyurethane foam laundered using a proprietary cleaning system to minimize nonvolatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants. The ultra-fine microdenier fibers allow for enhanced softness and particle capturing capabilities, while the inner foam core provides extra absorbency and cushioning.

- Streak-free precision cleaning of sensitive surfaces in critical environments.

- Cleaning intersecting surfaces and joints.
- Abrasion and chemical resistant - Durable swab tip resists snagging and abrasion, preventing the release of particles and fibers during use. It has excellent chemical compatibility with various solutions commonly used in cleanrooms.
