Engineered from polyester and nylon microfiber blend, these knit microfiber dry wipes with sealed edges provide exceptional particle pick-up and surface cleaning without introducing contamination. Perfect for precision cleaning, surface prep, cleaning scratch-sensitive surfaces, and residue removal, these microfiber cleanroom wipes offer superior strength, durability, and chemical compatibility and ensure consistent wiping and contamination control. Ideal for use in ISO Class 2–8 cleanrooms
- Microfiber wipes made of tightly knit thick 170-1755 g/m2 pre-shrunk, hi strength 80% polyester and 20% nylon fiber is so soft it will not scratch surfaces when cleaning. Ideal for streak-free cleaning of sensitive surfaces in cleanroom environments
- The wedge like yarn traps micro-contaminants and will not release them. Ideal for removing oil based contaminant.
- Excellent chemical compatibility with a variety of cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Use to apply and remove solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesives, and for removing residues.
- Recommended for process cleaning; wiping process tool chambers; and optical, LCD and Hard Disk cleaning.
- Compatible with ISO Class 2-8 (Class 1-10,000) environments.
- Ultrasonic Sealed Edges for best fiber & particle retention. A process using pressure & heat to create an ultrasonic seal for fiber and particle retention. Ultrasonic Sealing is superior to Laser Sealing as it results in a softer edge, and lower carbon levels.
- Durable and abrasion resistant wiper that will not easily break up particles and fibers during use.
- Produced in ISO 9001 environment. Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized to insure wipe quality.
- Free of Silicon, Amides, and DOP contamination.
