Teknipure’s TekniClean Presat polyester knit cleanroom wipers with sealed edges, presaturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol / 30% DI water, are designed for ultra-clean performance in critical environments that demand low-linting, low-shedding, and highly effective wiping solutions. These alcohol polyester cleanroom wipes offer superior strength, durability, consistent wetness level and ensure consistent wiping and contamination control. Ideal for use in ISO 2-8 cleanrooms for precision cleaning, surface prep, general wiping of surfaces, and residue removal.
- Wipes pre-saturated with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% DI Water provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency. Oversaturated wipes do not attract contaminants; undersaturated wipes can repel contaminants.
- Soft and durable polyester material is ideal for cleaning and residue removal in cleanroom environments. Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Resist abrasion from rough surfaces.
- Ideal for wiping and cleaning surfaces and parts in cleanroom environments, disinfectant residue removal, and applying and removing solvents and solutions including disinfectants, lubricants, adhesive.
- Compatible with ISO Class 2-7 (Class 1-10,000) environments, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and medical device assembly.
- Laser Sealed Edge on all sides to minimize fiber release. Laser Sealed Edges provide effective contamination control in critical environments and offer the best value.
- Standard weight 100% High Strength 80D Polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit, 140 g/m2) will not easily break up particles and fibers during use.
