Medline 3 Minute Micro-Kill Q3 is a concentrated one-step disinfectant, cleaner, and deodorizer formulated for general hospital cleaning and the disinfection of hard, nonporous, non-food surfaces.
- 3-minute contact time for many bacteria and viruses.
- Eliminates odors and is fragrance-free.

- Dilution: 1:256 Ratio (1/2-oz. per gallon).

Micro-Kill Q3 concentrated disinfectant has received EPA approval for testing against SARS-CoV-2 (the cause of COVID-19). The claim was officially approved by the EPA on July 28, 2020. We are still in the process of adding the claim to our labeling; however, you can find verification on the EPA List N site by searching for the EPA registration # 6836-349. As noted on that site: "Why is this product on List N? This product is on List N because it is tested against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19); Emerging viral pathogen claim."
