Honeywell Silver Shield Booties (Boot Liner or Boot Cover) with elastic, 50 pairs/case
Honeywell North “Silver Shield ® / 4H ® ” is a series of disposable, chemical resistant gloves and accessories. This series is made a unique five layers design. These layers are compacted into only 2.7 mils. of thickness. “Silver Shield ® / 4H ® ” material is produced by laminating a high energy polymer (EVOH) with a low energy polymer (PE). Each layer acts as a barrier, creating a material that is impervious to at least 90% of all organic chemicals for 4 hours at 35 degrees Celsius. The North “Silver Shield ® / 4H ® ” is ideal for chemical, petrochemical and refining industries. It is also the best tool for protection in emergency response and hazmat clean-ups.
- Excellent chemical resistant to over 280 different chemicals including alcohols: aliphatics: aromatice: chlorines: ketones and esters. Eliminates the need for stocking many different boot covers to handling different types of solvents.
- Provides high performance protection in the most demanding applications. Ideal for aircraft and aerospace, petrochemical and refining, emergency response and Hazmat clean-up, chemical transporting, handling chlorinated solvents, hydrocarbons, acids and ketones, photo labs, medical labs, handling pesticides and herbicides.
- Thin and lightweight: Five (5) layer PE and EVOH compacted into 2.7 mils. Excellent for use as a liner under shoes or as a cover over shoes or boots.
- Warning: The booties offer minimal abrasion resistance and should not be worn as an outer protection where risk of snags, punctures, or abrasion is high.
