Medline CURAD Non-Adherent Sterile Oil Emulsion Dressings, USP Mineral Oil
Sterile non-adherent dressing with USP Mineral oil maintains moisture and helps prevent secondary dressings from "sticking" to wound/periwound skin to prevent trauma with dressing changes. Evenly impregnated with U.S.P. white petrolatum in an emulsion blend that permits the flow of exudates without adhering to granulating tissue and minimizes skin maceration. Highly conformable dressing is ideal for most draining wounds including burns, suture lines, lacerations, skin ulcers, episiotomy incisions and abrasions. To be used directly on the wound, beneath an absorbent secondary dressing.
- Sterile dressing made of knitted, high porosity cellulose acetate is impregnated with U.S.P. white petrolatum in an emulsion blend that permits the flow of exudates without adhering to granulating tissue.
