TekniSwab Micro Tip Pick Dual End ESD Swab, 2.587″
Teknipure’s Foam Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from high-grade, ultra-clean 100 ppi polyurethane foam with a thermal bond construction. Teknipure’s foam swabs are laundered using a proprietary cleaning system for additional contamination control and to minimize non-volatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants.
- ESD safe - Made from Stat-Rite®, a proprietary blend of inherently dissipative polymers based on polypropylene providing permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties without compromising cleanliness.
- Cleanroom safe
- Low levels of Non-Volatile Residue (NVR) and ions.
- No adhesives, silicone, or amides to reduce the risk of additional contamination.
- Packaged in silicone-free, static-shield cleanroom bags.
- Lot and bar-coded for traceability.
- Pointed Tip Size: 9.2 mm (0.362") length. Width tapers from 2.4 mm (0.094") to 1 mm (0.039").
- Overal Length: 65.7 mm (2.587").
- Packaging: 100 swabs per static shielding inner bag, 5 inner bags to a pack (500 swabs), 5 packs per case (2500 swabs).
