- Outer shell of 300 denier polyester oxford with PU coating is water-resistant.

- Vertical and horizontal pattern 2" wide silver retro-reflective stripes on front, back and sleeves so you can be seen.
- One radio pocket, one inside chest pocket, and two larger lower pockets with flaps keep your items dry and within reach.
- Adjustable wrist straps (three snaps) and hidden detachable hood (with drawstrings and stoppers) adjusts to your situation.
