TekniMop™ Sterile 2-Ply Polyester Cleanroom Mop Covers are engineered for ISO 5 sterile environments in pharmaceutical and biotech cleanroom applications requiring superior liquid retention and controlled release for consistent surface disinfection. The durable 2-ply polyester construction delivers enhanced absorbency for spill control and uniform wetting in sterile cleaning applications.
- For cleaning aseptic mini environments - Cobalt 60 Gamma irradiation sterilized 2.5" x 8" small mop covers for cleaning isolators, laminar flow hoods, glove boxes, and other confined or hard-to-reach areas. Remove the struggle of using wipes or regular-sized mops.
- Disposable, single-use convenience - Lightweight and ergonomic for easy cleaning of smooth and textured surfaces. With no need to wash, single-use flat mops prevent cross-contamination and dilution of disinfectant from trapped contaminants.
- Superior Absorbency & Liquid Retention - Durable quilted, double-layer polyester knit has high liquid holding capacity, ideal for spill control and high-volume disinfectant applications. - Sterile Mop Covers - Gamma-irradiated to sterility assurance level of 10-6 and validated for sterility according to AAMI guidelines.
- Built to minimize particulate generation - ISO Class 4-7 (Class 10-10000) compatible. Ultra low particle, Fiber NVR, and ION levels. Silicon, Amides, and DOP free. Ultrasonic-bonded and Class 100 laundered and packaged.
