The Unna-Z Unna boot gauze compression dressing maintains a moist healing environment and provides light compression and semi-rigid support for venous leg ulcers. Highly conformable elastic bandage stretches to conforms to body contours and is saturated with zinc paste to help treat minor wounds and sooth skin irritations.
