3M Versaflo Intrinsically Safe Powered Air Purifying Respirator, TR-800-ECK Easy-Clean Kit
Ready to use NIOSH-approved PAPR kit recommended for pharmaceutical and other industries where IS (intrinsically safe) equipment is required and frequent cleaning of the PAPR is necessary. Each complete kit features headgear, a breathing tube, filter/cartridge, battery charger, PAPR unit, battery, battery attachment tool, belt, filter cover, storage and cleaning kit, an airflow indicator, and select other components. The TR-800 is a PAPR blower with battery rated at Division I for Classes I, II, and III under the most current UL standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013). Battery includes a bumper to absorb impact, and mechanical attachment of the battery helps prevent removal during use.

- Intrinsically safe (IS) - TR-802N PAPR motor/blower designed for use in potentially explosive areas where flammable gases and liquids or combustible dusts are present. Where ignition from an electrical source can't be risked.
- UL-certified with an intrinsically safe (IS) rating of Division 1: IS Class I, II, III; Division 1 (includes Division 2) Groups C, D, E, F, G; T4, under the most current standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013).
- Battery has bumpers to help absorb impact and mechanical attachment to help prevent battery removal and spark risk during use.
- Recommended for pharmaceutical research and production - Thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, chemical handling, and more.
- Ergonomically designed for greater movement in tight work spaces, such as overhauling and/ or cleaning reactors and tanks. Unlike supplied air systems, a PAPR does not require that you be connected to your air source by an air line, leaving you free to go where you need to go.
- Cleaning and maintenance is quick and easy. PAPR and belt have smooth surfaces, and can be fully submersed with use of included TR-653 Cleaning and Storage Kit.

- Intrinsically safe lithium-ion battery - lasts 4 to 8 hours per charge, quickly charges to 90% in approximately 3.5 hours, and lasts approximately 750 full charge/discharge cycles. Charge level indicator and vibratory, audible, and visual low-charge and low-flow alarms keep you prepared and informed throughout.

- S-433L Hood with Integrated Head Suspension - Size Medium/Large. All-day comfort with an excellent field of vision. Accommodates users with limited facial hair and prescription eyewear. Head, face, neck, and shoulder coverage. High performance 1000 APF.
- TR-627 Easy Clean Belt - The ergonomic design will accommodate waist sizes up to 52" and make the assembly comfortable to wear. The belt has smooth surfaces and is submergible to enable easier cleaning.
- TR-653 Storage and Cleaning Kit - Enables PAPR unit to be rinsed under running water and submerged for cleaning. Plug seals should be replaced after 30 uses or when damaged or worn.
