Teknipure’s Cleanroom Channel Foam Swab with a tapered arrowhead foam tip is purpose-built to make full contact with the channels of modular cleanroom systems for efficient, easy cleaning. The high-grade, ultra-clean 100 ppi polyurethane foam tip features a thermal bond construction to minimize contamination. Teknipure’s foam swabs manufactured in cleanroom conditions and are laundered using a proprietary cleaning system for additional contamination control and to minimize non-volatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants.
- Soft and absorbent 100 ppi polyurethane foam cleanroom swab easily absorbs solvents and solutions, and captures particulates. Ideal for:
- Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, and solvents.
- Absorbing liquids, scrubbing.
- Removal of excess materials or debris.
- Cleaning intersecting surfaces and joints.
