Additionally, they are great for anyone using them for stretching, muscle toning, improving balance and conditioning all major muscle groups. The CanDo exercise band is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercises that are simple, easy to do and can be performed anywhere. Lightweight, compact and portable, the Latex-free formula has been specially created to mimic the stretch characteristics of a latex band and is made with Tear-Stop technology for reduced puncture and "snap" breakage.
