Whether you’re mixing and granulating compounds in a pharmaceutical facility or working with combustible gases in the oil and gas industry, 3M™ Versaflo™ The TR-800 motor/blower with TR-830 battery is intrinsically safe (IS) equipment and essential. Available as a pre-calibrated, ready-to-use kit with everything your team needs to get started right out of the box. Each complete kit features headgear, a breathing tube, filter/cartridge, battery charger, PAPR unit, battery, battery attachment tool, belt, filter cover, storage and cleaning kit, an airflow indicator, and select other components. It's easy to use and an all-in-one respiratory protection solution.
The TR-800 is a PAPR blower with battery rated at Division I for Classes I, II, and III under the most current UL standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013). Battery includes a bumper to absorb impact, and mechanical attachment of the battery helps prevent removal during use. - Complete powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) system - Versatile kit is pre-calibrated and includes everything necessary for respiratory, eye, face, and head protection directly out of the box.
- Intrinsically safe (IS) - TR-802N PAPR motor/blower designed for use in potentially explosive areas where flammable gases and liquids or combustible dusts are present. Where ignition from an electrical source can't be risked.
- UL-certified with an intrinsically safe (IS) rating of Division 1: IS Class I, II, III; Division 1 (includes Division 2) Groups C, D, E, F, G; T4, under the most current standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013).
- Battery has bumpers to help absorb impact and mechanical attachment to help prevent battery removal and spark risk during use.

- Intrinsically safe lithium-ion battery - lasts 4 to 8 hours per charge, quickly charges to 90% in approximately 3.5 hours, and lasts approximately 750 full charge/discharge cycles. Charge level indicator and vibratory, audible, and visual low-charge and low-flow alarms keep you prepared and informed throughout.
