Medline Optifoam Adhesive Foam Wound Dressings, 4" x 4" & 6" x 6", 100/case
Premium, medical-grade adhesive foam dressing is highly absorbent to help reduce frequency of dressing changes and manage even heavily draining wounds. All-in-one dressing can be used as a primary or secondary dressing; for partial and full-thickness wounds with moderate/heavy drainage; and can be worn for up to 7 days. Low-profile design is flexible, conformable and comfortable.
- An all-in-one dressing for fluid handling helps create an ideal healing environment.
- Waterproof outer layer helps keep out bacteria, prevents strike through and resists roll-up for longer wear.
- Moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) adjusts to fluid level to increase breathability.
- Use as a primary or secondary dressing; for partial and full-thickness wounds with moderate/heavy drainage
- Indications: pressure injuries, partial and full-thickness wounds, leg ulcers, donor sites, lacerations and abrasions, skin tears, and first and second-degree burns.
- Contraindications: third-degree burns and lesions with active vasculitis.
