SureSite Window Transparent Film Dressing
Providing the assurance you need, Suresite transparent film dressings are designed to cover and protect partial-thickness wounds, full-thickness wounds, and peripheral and central IV line sites. Secure, clean, and comfortable, each Suresite dressing is conformable and breathable, doesn’t stick to itself, and maintains a waterproof barrier against external contaminants.
- Large transparent film "window" permits continuous observation, with a "frame" for easy placement and gentle removal.
- Microporous technology allows a traditional moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR).
- Conformable, breathable, waterproof dressing provides a barrier against contaminants; won't stick to itself.
- Indications: partial-thickness wounds, full-thickness wounds (secondary dressing), peripheral and central IV lines, skin tears, lacerations and abrasions and to help prevent skin breakdown caused by friction to epidermis.
- Contraindications: contraindicated as a primary dressing on wounds with moderate to heavy drainage.
- May be left in place for up to 7 days; dressing change frequency will depend on amount of drainage.
- Size and packaging: Sterile dressings are individually wrapped.
