Kimtech™ Pure M6 Pleat-Style Face Masks with Knitted Ear Loops are a smart piece of personal protective equipment (PPE) for your ISO Class 6 and higher cleanroom environment. They have a two-layer design, with a polyethylene film outer layer that provides protection from contamination and the inner-facing Bicosof fabric provides comfort. The pleat-style masks have knitted ear loops and a fully enclosed bendable nosepiece. They offer good breathability for employee comfort. These double bagged face masks are popular for a variety of environments, including those for semiconductors, disk drives, data storage and integrated circuits.
- For ISO Class 6 and higher cleanroom environments - Pleated cleanroom face masks with low-linting polyethylene film outer layer, fully enclosed malleable aluminum nosepiece, and durable ultra-sonically bonded ear loops.
- High levels of comfort - Breathable two-layer face masks with a soft and non-irritating Bicosof inner-facing fabric. Flexible nose bridge provides high comfort with minimized metal exposure. Latex and silicone free. Knitted polyester/polyurethane earloops fit snuggly around the ears.
- Double bagged - Packaged in double bag cleanroom packaging, 50 non-sterile 7" one size fits all cleanroom face masks.
- Packaging - 50 masks per bag. 10 bags per case = 500 cleanroom face masks.
- Note: Cleanroom use only - Masks are designed for comfortable and general cleanroom use. Thus, they do not contain filter media, and are therefore not applicable for processes requiring high bacterial filtration.
