Convenient resealable zipper bag! Wipes trap particulates and bacteria without re-contaminating surfaces.
- Tightly knit & pre-shrunk 95% Micro-denier Polyester & 5% Nylon fiber yarn effectively traps all micro-contaminants (particle, fiber, & oil based) and won't release them.
- Ultrasonic Sealed Edges. Using pressure & heat, an ultrasonic seal is created for fiber and particle retention. Ultrasonic Sealing is superior to Laser Sealing as it results in a softer edge, and lower carbon levels.
- Super soft silky texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Recommended for optical, LCD and Hard Disk cleaning.
- Abrasion-resistant fabric works well for difficult particle removal and on rough surfaces. Excellent choice for cleaning process tool chambers and ideal for removing oil based contaminant.
- Pre-wet with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% DI Water. Ideal for critical process cleaning applications.
- Using a pre-saturated wiper improves cleaning performance & consistency. Squirt bottle dispensing has many variables which impact cleaning performance. Oversaturated wipes do not attract contaminants; undersaturated wipes can repel contaminants.
- Compatible with ISO Class 4-5 (Class 10-100) environments. Ultra low particle and fiber generation. Free of Silicon, Amides, and DOP contamination.
- Produced in a ISO 9001 Class 10/ISO 4 cleanroom environment with ultra-pure wiper substrates, (<10ppb) IPA and 18Mohm DI Water (filtered to .1 micron). Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized to insure wipe quality.
- Size 9" x 9". Packaged 50 wipes per zipper pouch, 15 pouches per case = 750 presaturated cleanroom wipes.
