Estatec ESD Lab Coats, Made to Order
Design your own custom ESD lab coat to perfectly suit your needs. Just select the desired features, add to your cart, and check out. For embroidery and logo orders, please submit a quote for a response with mockup within 4-5 business days. After design specifications are confirmed, a sample for evaluation can be provided (with cost refunded from final purchase). Upon final customer approval, production within 40-50 business days. ESD lab coats provide increased protection over ESD Wrist Bands alone. ESD-safe lab coats shield sensitive electronics by containing and minimizing electrostatic charges generated by clothing. Anti-static ESD smocks have conductive carbon fiber woven throughout for continuous and consistent charge dissipation when grounded. Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 and ANSI/ESD STM 2.1-2013 standards. Includes pass-through side vent openings for pocket access, 3 patch pockets (2 bottom pockets, 1 left chest pocket) and 1 right chest pen/ID hanger.
- Fabric Options:
- Cotton/Polyester blend (66% Polyester, 32% Cotton, 2% Carbon Fiber). Breathable and comfortable. Excellent for industrial ESD applications.
- Polyester (98% Polyester, 2% Carbon Fiber) - Non-linting and durable twill weave. Excellent resistance to paint and particle penetration.
- Cleanroom Polyester (98% Polyester, 2% Carbon Fiber) - Compatible with ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanroom environments, including microelectronics, semiconductor, disk drive, laser, automotive paint, food processing, and similar applications.
- Length:
- Available in Waist, 3/4 (Thigh), and Full (Knee) lengths. Waist lengths range from 26.8" (small) to 30.7" (5XL), adding 4-5 inches per length increase. Thigh and Knee lengths have opening at the sides to allow leg movement. Please refer to size chart for measurements. Pictured are waist-length smocks.
- Collar:
- Sports Collar - Folded collar with lapel.
- Mao Collar - Band/Stand-up collar.
- No Collar - V-neck design (Not pictured; may requires additional lead time and order minimum).
- Wrist Cuff:
- Snap wrist -1 male and 2 female metal snaps at sleeve hem for fit adjustment.
- Knit writs - Knit cuffs with grounding system can be grounded via a coil cord to a left hip snap for "hands-free grounding" - no ESD wrist band required, no hands tethered.
- Elastic wrist - Flexible and comfortable. May require additional lead time and order minimum.
- Closure: Choose between Zipper Front and 4-snap front (Knee-length lab coats have 5 snaps).
- Color: Different fabrics will have different color options. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about available colors. If the color you want isn't available, we would be happy to check what options are available.
- Cotton/Polyester fabric: White, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Light Blue, Beige, Black, Burgundy Red, Scarlett Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Gray, Pink.
- Polyester fabric: White, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Light Blue.
- Cleanroom Polyester fabric: White, Light Blue, Navy Blue, Indigo, Orange, Oxford Gray, Turquoise Green, Black.
- Size: Available in Extra-Small through 7XL sizes.
- Embroidery and Printing: Optional embroidery and printing for logos and names available. Names can also be done as a removable snap-on/off patch (please contact us for more details).
- Default size and location is "Standard" 7 sq/cm (or smaller depending on logo proportion) above left chest pocket. Please do not hesitate to contact us if a larger size or additional locations are desired.
- Cleanroom Polyester fabric can be printed on but not embroidered (the fabric weave is too fine). Light fabrics use sublimation printing and Dark fabrics use Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV).
- Both processes are of equal quality for most applications, though HTV prints with small or thin lettering may require special care when washing for longer longevity.
- Minimum order quantity: 5 per size. Name embroidered can be different per jacket, so long as minimum per size is met.
- Lead Time: Made to order items. Ships 45-60 days of approved design, depending on the customization requested.
