We know items we provide play a critical role in the continued operation of your business and others. As a
supplier to Critical Infrastructure Industries, Harmony plans to remain operational and maintain normal working
hours. After speaking with our trusted vendors, we do not expect any disruptions in business.
In recent weeks we have seen an increased demand in certain products and stockpiling. We would like to
encourage you to not stockpile supplies so they can be reserved for hospitals and health care workers.
We will meet the needs of our customers to the best of our ability.
Many industries are experiencing shortages of personal protective equipment and other products. Increased
demand and supply chain disruptions has limited product supply. Our goal is to fulfill all our customer orders.
Due to current challenges, we will prioritize customers with existing purchase histories.
Sales and customer service staff will be available to take your orders, answer your questions, and provide
information. Orders may take longer to ship from our warehouse. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Please know that we are working as hard as we can to get you the products and services you need. We will make
as much information as possible available on our web site about availability and lead times. Local customers will
still be able to pick up product during normal business hours.
We are committed to meeting the PPE demand for our established customers as quickly as possible. Will inform
of supply updates as soon as we know more.
